West Fork Stretch 4 Description:
- Creek splits into two channels after flows out of Lime
Kiln Lake, flows along both sides of SunValley Drive and
converges just south of Angling Road
- Creek widens into pond areas both north and south of
Angling Road
- Residences located along creek banks: some mow lawns
up to banks, others allow an approximately 25-foot riparian
zone of shrubs and wetland vegetation
- Ponds were frozen on the water surface during survey,
indicating low flow
- Geese and ducks frequent the ponds
- Wide wooded riparian zone provided by fenced private
property on Angling Road
- Sand and sludge-like substrate near Angling Road
- Creek flows under Oakland Drive and into Stretch 5
