• Creekside Commons area, residences off of Perry Street, and office buildings on north side of Centre Avenue
• Residence lawn contains historic shaping of creek channel with bricks
• Lawn mown to creek banks
• Small rectangular pond area extends west off of channel (man-made)
• Some wetland riparian vegetation at beginning of stretch
• Creek flows under Centre Avenue and enters lawn and shrub area
• Fill along creek near Centre (and erosion)
• Some shading at end of stretch from trees and shrubs, little to no shading at beginning of stretch
• Creek impacted by close development and residences
