• Creek flows from Howard Street northeast along the west side of Crosstown Parkway
• Mowed lawn on both banks, some areas of cattails in water and along bank
• No riparian zone, no shading
• Creek channelized and straight
• Banks eroding potential with little vegetation stabilizing sides
• Two decorative ponds with fountains created as offshoots of creek
• Many ducks in water
• Muck and sand substrate
