• Eastern portion of WMU Power Plant property
• Lawn mowed to banks of creek
• Sparse canopy from few large trees in lawn area at west end
• No riparian zone at beginning of stretch
• East end of stretch widens out and supports wetland vegetation and shading by nearby trees, historic maps show small pond
• Creek channel allowed to meander, not restricted by close development
• Some cobble present, appears to be man-made riffle construction
• Pair of Mallard ducks observed
